I've been absent from Guild Wars for around 3-5 months, I used to play it all the time. I have Factions and Prophecies, I beat them both. Do you think I could still have fun with this game without Nightfall? Any new things to do?
Oh, and while I have been gone, may I ask these questions:

-Did they nerf down the Drok Run, and if they did, is it real hard?
-I left Guild Wars right after they nerfed troll farming. Are 55 monks useless now?
-What are the prices of ectos nowadays?
EDIT: Oh, and do we know anything about a 4th GW game? XD

I guess it would be dependant on what you enjoyed doing. Nightfall is so awesome tho, I can't imagine why you wouldn't want to play it.

I don't think they nerfed the Drocks run anymore then it had already been.

I think 55 monk's are still going strong, although I'm not sure where.

Ecto prices can range between 8 and 11k (I saw it for 11k for like 5 minutes this past Thursday).

We know nothing about the 4th chapter yet. You should try Nightfall tho, I think you'll really like it. If you want a guest pass, pm me and I'll dig one up for you, so you can see for yourself how good NF is.

1-yeah, its pretty dam hard now. i used to be able to make it with ease a couple of moths ago, now i can barely make it 50% of the time. dervish+vow of silence is a bit easier also.

2-they nerfed AoE, as you know. 55 monks are only useful as tanks nowadays, because they used to deal dmg with SoJ, which is AoE. if u wanna farm trolls, go for e/me mist form echoer.

3-usually 8-10k. most ive seen em was 10.5k

4-yes, 4th guild wars game is in the making. no knowledge of it, but we know its coming.

btw, i STRONGLY suggest you get nightfall, awesome storyline, insigniable armor pwns, new end of game armor, sweet storyline, dervish are amazing, its a must-buy, unless u cant afford. hope this helped

People are using them for buying and selling to avoid rip offs. So instead of buying something for 200k, it's 100k + xx ecto. I imagine a lot of people are holding on to them, rather then selling to trader.

yeah true story: a frioned of mine spent $30 i think for a pro+factions account and when he tried to use the code it said it was already reguistered

the box was unopened as well as far as he could tell
